Pallet change installation

Project details

This was a project done to change the pallet under a bigbag containing input product for storage. These could only be stored using plastic pallets, as wooden pallets might contain live organisms. The plastic pallets were cleaned and UV treated as they move in to the installation and are placed under the bigbag. They are then wrapped for storage and move to the warehouse.

Control Automation Solutions was responsible for the Automation and Electrical engineering, and we designed and build the control cabinets in house.

    Wrote FDS, SDS and control software. Commissioned and validates installation and control system

  • Design of cabinets

    Designed 4 cabinets using EPLAN Pro Panel

  • Electrical engineering and installation

    Engineered and installed the electrical installation, cabling, load calculations and wiring/cabling runs

  • Built cabinets

    Selected purchased and built all components into a cabinet, including wiring and marking all components
