Packaging Line SCADA System

Project details

In the setup of this packaging line there were a lot of independent machines that needed to be configured separately. With the new SCADA system, all machines can be seen and controlled from a common visualisation and control screen. This new SCADA system allow for more and more detailed information to be collected, stored and evaluated, while also making product switches more efficient by the use of common settings and recipe control based on the product being packaged by the whole line.

    FDS / SDS /FAT and SAT validation and IQ validation

  • Engineering and Commissioning

    Wrote FDS, SDS and control software. Commissioned and validates installation and control system

  • Design of cabinets

    Designed 4 cabinets using EPLAN Pro Panel

  • Electrical engineering and installation

    Engineered and installed the electrical installation, cabling, load calculations and wiring/cabling runs

  • Built cabinets

    Selected purchased and built all components into a cabinet, including wiring and marking all components

  • Aveva System Platform

    Visualisation of the packing line is done using System platform with intouch.
